I love apps and I love health so when they are combined, it seriously rocks! Like theĀ Life…supplemented | WannaBeWell app. (Free on iTunes!)
The gist is that the WannaBeWell app is great tool to remind you to take medications and supplements, like multivitamins. (I seriously wish I knew about this when I was pregnant – all those multivitamins, DHA tablets, and iron pills!)
You can even track for separate family members. The WannaBeWell app also has a personal ‘coach’ to remind you of healthly habits. (There are three guys to choose from, though I wish there was a female version like Jillian Michaels or something.)
There is a blog with posts from a panel of expert health and fitness bloggers. There is also a supplement resource center to get details on supplements, when they are good for certain conditions, etc. I also loved the mini-quiz to determine my wellness status.
