Portable Pampering: T Spheres

If you followed my 2014 Holiday Gift Guide, then you might have seen one of my favorite picks: the t spheres®.

They are little luxuries, portable pampering, and tranquil “Ts”. It’s massage and aromatherapy in one portable product. There’s over 17 years of science in these spheres, which has an infusion of aromatherapy essential oils into perfectly weighted rubber compound circles, with spray top re-infusers in a travel bag.

The T Spheres were developed by Stephamie Whittier, LMT, CST who has practiced massage therapy and craniosacral therapy for over two decades. Her education, clientele, travel and hands-on experience led her to develop these little delights.

Travel, Work and Home

They are fabulous for travel. The scents can soothe, invigorate or relax – combating jet lag, stress and anxiety. Even if you aren’t part of the jet-set, most parents often have kid lag, stress and parenting anxiety so these are great to have in your tote or nightstand. For the office worker, these are definitely must haves to store next to your office snack drawer!

Peace and Quiet, Pep-Up-Mint, Inner Beauty, Perk Up

Use the Peace and Quiet version with lavender essential oil to alleviate aches, stress and to help with sleep. Tuck into your pillow, at minimum, to help fall asleep in an unfamiliar hotel room, or to quickly find some ZZZZZs after a rough night with the kids. To keep up with a fast paced day or rough travel, grab the Pep-Up-Mint with peppermint oil, which helps with concentration, decongestant and indigestion.

Two other options to note include Inner Beauty for anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial benefits with Rose geranium oil, or Perk Up as a detoxifier, fluid retention eliminator while aiding concentration and travel sickness with grapefruit and peppermint oils. (Great for that time of the month, if you know what I mean ladies.)

If you do travel, pack them in your carryon for soothing relief en route, or in your luggage for a destination reward. (Be prepared to have your clothes smell amazing when you open the suitcase upon arrival. So posh!)

How to Use T Spheres

Tuck in a drawer or in a pillow at a minimum. But to get full benefits, place t spheres in a bowl of water, heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Then roll the spheres on your forehead, back, neck, shoulders, legs, arms and anywhere you need relief. Alternatively, put the spheres in a freezer or ice bucket for 10-30 minutes. Keep a frozen set in a ziploc bag in the freezer for natural migraine and headache relief.

Where to Buy T Spheres

When your t spheres need an essential oil boost, call 212-533-8300 or the website to order more re-infuser oil and bath/body oil replacements, or more spheres.

I don’t travel often, unless you count traveling back and forth to drop off and pick up from the kids school. But everyone need a little de-stressing, a little boost. As much as I love to go to the spa for my bliss fix, these little t spheres do the trick in-between treatments!

A perfect little gift for Valentines Day or for the upcoming Mothers and Fathers Day holidays!
