Juice Plus Complete Recipe
All you need to do is add a scoop (1/3 cup) to one cup of milk (cow, goat, coconut, soy, almond) or june or water. Then stir, shake or blend until smooth. You can have fun with it by adding fresh or frozen fruit, bananas or my favorite, make a peanut butter chocolate ‘milkshake’. Obviously, it is not a ‘real’ milk shake, but it has such great taste and nice and think consistency that it seems like you are indulging when in actuality you are having a nutritious drink!

Here is the Juice Plus Complete recipe! All you need is the Chocolate Juice Plus Complete powder, one cup of milk (any version), a 1/2 cup ice, one banana, one tablespoon of peanut butter (or soy nut, sunflower, almond butter), and one tablespoon of chocolate sauce (or more or less depending on preference). Put all in the blender, and blend until the ice cubes aren’t rattling anymore. You can double, triple or quadruples the recipe to make it for the whole family. Then serve in glasses, in an-on-the-go container, etc. Enjoy!
