Have you heard of Dr. Karp?
He is the author of The Happiest Baby and The Happiest Toddler books and DVD series. Most have heard of him from his discovery of the “Calming Reflex” to soothe fussy babies in minutes and help any baby sleep an extra 1-3 hours a night.
The cool thing is that he is giving a presentation on Thursday, May 5 from 6-8pm at Isis Parenting in Hanover (Merchant’s Row Marketplace – just off exit 13 on Route 3).
In addition to soothing babies, Dr. Karp will present on ways to communicate with children 8 months to 5 years of age that can prevent 50-90% of tantrums in just days! (I so need this, right now.)
Cost is $15 a person or $25 a couple. The proceeds benefit the Massachusetts Citizens for Children, the oldest state-based child advocacy organization in the country. There will be book signing, audience Q & A, and refreshments too.
Space is limited so purchase your tickets at masskids.org or in person at any Isis Parenting center. Should be a fantastic event.
