With only days out from the 2015 Disney Social Media Moms Conference #DisneySMMC, I received a wonderful surprise on my doorstep. A lovely, purple, ilite Xtreme suitcase by American Tourister.
This suitcase has a fully lined interior with large packing area that expands for added packing capacity, and two large front panel pockets for even more packing space. (Perfect for those Disney souvenirs.) Some new features include a lightweight corrugated shaped pull handle, new panel design, color matched hardware and new zipper pulls. Added to the four, multi-directional spinner wheels for easy mobility with new wheels and wheel housings, the top and side carry handles are integrated into the case for a modern/sleek look.

The purple is such a lovely color that pops, but doesn’t scream. You can find it in baggage claim, but not from a mile away. It’s the perfect combination between function and fashion.

Speaking of fashion, I decided to create two outfits inspired by my new American Tourister luggage, by Disney and by the #DisneySMMC.
First, I decided to create an outfit that I could wear to the conference itself while toting my luggage. Not out of the question since my laptop is circa last decade and weighs a ton. With classic pants, a sweater for a chilly room, simple flats and accessories for a professional and fun look.
My second outfit is inspired by a Disney character – Aurora from Sleeping Beauty. Yes, she typically wears pink, but if you know the story, she wears this beautiful blue/purple hue as well. So I used this image as my inspiration.
Luggage is really important these days and it is not just about travel either. It can be used for trade shows, or leave it in your trunk and use it to store the kids’ summer gear like sunscreen, water and towels. Or use one when shopping in the mall and wheel around your purchases.
But back to Disney – whether you pack all of these pieces in your luggage, or just toss in jeans and a tee shirt for your next vacation or trip, this American Tourister Luggage, and this color, will make you feel like a royal princess! Pixie Dust…away!!!!
